About the Opportunity

We deploy digital strategies across a range of complex corporate issues including mergers and acquisitions, corporate crises and marketplace defense across multiple sectors including energy, real estate, financial services, healthcare and retail sectors. Primary Duties
As a critical member of this team you will provide day-to-day support in the running of FTI's large client accounts. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conduct ongoing social listening and analytics review for clients utilizing a variety of social listening tools (Dataminr, Brandwatch, Zignal, etc.)
• Assisting in digital media content strategy and execution
• Assisting in paid campaign strategy and execution
• Drafting copy for social and digital media content
• Managing social media communities
• Conducting in-depth research for client strategy and new business efforts
• Compiling data for campaign impact reports and extrapolating insights into strategic recommendations


Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience at a professional communications agency or consultancy, ideally with a focus on digital strategy, issue advocacy or public affairs
• Strong execution and project management skills
• A passion and strategic understanding of social media platforms, technologies, uses, and best practices (e.g., blogs, forums, consumer review and knowledge sharing sites, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms)
• Knowledge of the objectives behind paid, earned, owned and shared media models and a commitment to ongoing learning and collaboration
• Familiarity with social and digital intelligence tools, including Brandwatch, Dataminr, Zignal, SEM Rush, Moz, Google Analytics, and others
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented dynamic environment with regular change
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work across client industries
