What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications & Experience

·       Educated to university degree level (or equivalent), preferably in business or engineering

·   4 - 7 years of  demonstrable internal or external consulting experience (including project leadership / management) – Initial sales cycle involvement of advantage

·       Ability to demonstrate deliverable results across multiple functions in the following focus areas:

o   Strategy

o   Business plan review/development

o   Performance improvement (including diagnosis)

o   Operations

Skills & Competencies

·       Excellent consulting skills, specifically:

o   Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with team members and clients at all levels using a range of styles to suit the audience

o   Strong written communication skills with experience of producing client ready presentations for senior audiences

o   Relationship building skills, with the ability to quickly develop strong working relationships

o   Highly numerate with the ability to absorb a high quantum of information

o   Proven ability to take a hypothesis focused approach to solve problems

o   Excellent organisational and planning skills and confident working with a number of demanding stakeholders, with the ability to handle multiple tasks

·       Strong commercial acumen/market awareness

·       Strong collaboration skills and ability to motivate teams assuring a good working environment under pressure

·       Flexible approach to work, with the desire and capability to work across sectors, project types and regions

·       Desire and ability to learn and be enthusiastic around further training

·       Computer literate with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

·       Excellent English proficiency and other languages of an advantage

·       International cultural awareness (given the global nature of our clients)
