About the Role
FTI Data & Technology Transformation is a multi-disciplined team that focuses on using digital solutions coupled with deep subject matter expertise to deliver transformational outcomes for our clients. We have a strong track record of helping companies drive EBITDA and ROIC value from digital and data. We also serve as an R&D function for the company, developing internal tools, solutions and proof-of-concepts to put us ahead of the market. Our team is based across London and Dublin.
Our team has three capability areas - Digital Delivery, Data Science and Digital Transformation and our Areas of Expertise are:
· Analytics
· Enterprise Data Management
· Business Transformation
· Customer Value Management
· Digital Transformation
What You Will Do
We are looking for a motivated and creative person to work on our Services team. The team’s focus is on supporting multi-industry clients across Europe. Supporting and delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions and managing a fully functioning service desk for first, second and management of third line support
Day-to-day tasks will vary by day, but you can expect to:
· Participate in delivering continuous business improvements to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities
· Contribute to problem solving and delivering robust analysis and updates that benefit the clients’ business objectives
· Support the ongoing maintenance and development of client systems and deliverables
· Utilise strong analytical skills to provide solutions for both technical and business related issues
How You Will Grow
You will have the chance to work on multiple projects with a range of clients across our three capability areas. Your colleagues will both support and challenge you, and help you grow in both technical and business capabilities. We’re committed to your personal and professional development, we will provide in-house training and coaching throughout your internship.
What You Will Need to Succeed
· Must be in your penultimate year of studies, graduating in 2025 from an Analytics or IT discipline (computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects)
· Available to work in a full time internship from July 2024 to August 2024
· A leaving certificate qualification
· Understanding of the following:
o Structured Query Language (SQL)
o PostgreSQL
o Snowflake
o SQL Server
Analytical tools and processes
· Strong diagnostic ability and the capability to work effectively with client and team
· Excellent consultative, communication and presentation skills
