About The Role
For this role, you’ll be working in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment of FTI. This segment provides law firms, companies, government entities, private equity firms and other interested parties with a multidisciplinary and independent range of services in risk and investigations and disputes. To do this, this segment conducts corporate investigations, uncovers actionable business intelligence, supports clients in commercial disputes, and provides clear analysis to help decision-makers address and mitigate risk, protect assets and maximize opportunities in a variety of jurisdictions worldwide.
In this role, you will be working in the Disputes Advisory (DA) team within the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment. The DA team at FTI specializes in providing strategic advice and expert services to assist clients involved in complex disputes, including litigation and international arbitration. DA’s offering includes a comprehensive range of services, from investigative support and fact-finding to expert witness testimony and the calculation of damages. As part of these services, FTI helps clients navigate the intricacies of legal disputes by leveraging its in-depth knowledge of market conditions, regulatory environments, and technical areas such as valuation, financial analysis, and forensic investigations. In short, you will be working at the intersection of finance, economics and law. As such, the ideal candidate should have both quantitative skills to understand finance and economics concepts such as valuation and asset pricing, as well as qualitive skills to analyze legal matters within the context of complex litigation. You will be working both with the local team and alongside FTI’s experts globally providing litigation support.
You will join our Bogotá office and work on projects that help identify and mitigate the risks associated with our client’s operations, tackling complex situations and providing solutions to demanding issues across several industries and geographies. You will also have the opportunity to work with FTI experts across different industries based all over the world.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
· Senior year of undergraduate degree.
· Pursuing an undergraduate degree in law or economics (ideally both).
· Proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Preferred qualifications
· Previous work experience.
· Proficiency in the use of data visualization tools.
· Advanced level of English.
· Interest and understanding of international political and economic affairs.
· Ability to collaboratively work in a multi-disciplinary team.
· Ability to deliver results in demanding, confidential, and time sensitive situations.
· Effective project and time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.
