What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor or Master degree in STEM, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• You are a self-starter and can work effectively, both independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in English is required, Dutch language is strongly preferred

• Strong desire to learn new things and grow professionally

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Our Application Process

The deadline for applications is: 12th February 2026

STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).

STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.

STEP 3: Attend a competency-based interview to explore your skills and motivations, and a case study, between 5th - 13th March 2026.

STEP 4: Attend a 2nd case study and final interview between 19th – 27th March 2026.

STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates at the beginning of April.
