About The Role
Our office in The Netherlands has three core practices, being Business Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring and Transaction Services, all servicing our clients’ needs. At this moment, we are looking for graduates to join our Business Transformation practice outlined below. During the recruitment process you will meet with members of the team who can provide useful insights into consulting life and background of our work, provide you a good understanding of what we do and what we are looking for.
Business Transformation
In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies in times of large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments, such as mergers and integrations, due diligence and large-scale transformations with an experienced team of professionals.
We help C-level executives identify new business opportunities, redefine existing and new business models, revise go-to-market value propositions, designing an operational turn-around plan, and develop and implement new organizational models.
What You’ll Do
Work with directly clients across industries as part of small projects groups, taking responsibility for specific tasks from day one to accelerate your learning
Work as part of a diverse team to assess drivers of a business, identify reasons for underperformance and develop change plans
Perform data analysis, summarize findings and assess impact on the client business
Conduct market and competitor research to benchmark client performance against the best in the field
Participate in client meeting and interviews, gaining understanding of different industries in the Netherlands and beyond
Communicate findings both written and orally, support preparation of the materials for internal and external presentations
Work side-by-side with client teams on the ground to support the practical implementation of new processes

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor or Master degree in STEM, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
You are a self-starter and can work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English is required, Dutch language is strongly preferred
Strong desire to learn new things and grow professionally
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Our Application Process
The deadline for applications is: 12th February 2026
STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).
STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.
STEP 3: Attend a competency-based interview to explore your skills and motivations, and a case study, between 5th - 13th March 2026.
STEP 4: Attend a 2nd case study and final interview between 19th – 27th March 2026.
STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates at the beginning of April.
