What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in a subject that involves finance, business, mathematics, computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess an understanding of the project lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office
  • Proven capability to manage and analyse large volumes of data
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Willingness to research, analyse and develop new skills
  • Experience in any of the following technical capabilities:
  • Reasonable knowledge of fundamental computer science concepts (time/space complexity, hashing, simple algos for sorting/searching/etc.)
  • Familiarity with an SQL-like language
  • Experience with Python or other programming language
  • Experience with basic data wrangling/cleaning in a dataframe package (e.g. R’s data.frame, or Python’s pandas).

STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview. 
STEP 3: Attend a competency-based video interview to explore your skills and motivations between 26th- 30th January 2026. 
STEP 4: Attend in-person interview at our FTI Dublin office between 9th - 20th February 2026. 
STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates by 2nd March 2026.
