What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor and Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Economics, Accounting & Financial Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex (financial) data and attention for detail.
Natural curiosity and drive to understand root causes behind business challenges and financials.
Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and flexible working attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively, , both independently and as part of a team.
Interest in corporate restructuring, distressed situations and turnaround management.
(Advanced) Excel / Data skills including financial modelling and scenario analyses; and
Fluency in both English and Dutch language is required.
During the recruitment process you will meet with members of the team who can provide useful insights and background of our work, provide you a good understanding of what we do and what we are looking for.
Our Application Process
The deadline for applications is: 12th February 2026
STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).
STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.
STEP 3: Attend a competency-based interview to explore your skills and motivations between 5th - 13th March 2026.
STEP 4: Attend in-person case study, case study interview, and final interview at our FTI Amsterdam office between 19th – 27th March 2026.
STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates at the beginning of April.
