What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;

• You are a self-starter and can work effectively, both independently and as part of a team;

• You are a dedicated and committed team player with a flexible attitude;

• You are very eager to learn and develop yourself and have a natural curiosity to understand and analyse businesses;

• Fluency in English and Dutch language is required.

Our Application Process

The deadline for applications is: 12th February 2026

STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).

STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.

STEP 3: Attend a motivational and competency-based interview to explore your skills and motivations between 5th - 13th March 2026.

STEP 4: Attend a case study and final interview between 19th – 27th March 2026.

STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates at the beginning of April.
