About The Role
Our office in The Netherlands has three core practices, being Business Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring and Transaction Advisory, all servicing our clients’ needs. At this moment, we are looking for graduates to join our Transaction Advisory practice outlined below. During the recruitment process you will meet with members of the team who can provide useful insights and background of our work, provide you a good understanding of what we do and what we are looking for.
Transaction Advisory
In our Transactions practice, we work on a wide variety of transactions with typically a deal value between EUR 5m and EUR 150m with a motivated, experienced and hands-on team. The backbone of our services are buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services. Each project offers an exciting challenge, as we work with different types of businesses across various sectors in both a national and international deal environment. With a typical short project duration that allows you to make a tangible impact in a shorter timeframe, you’ll have the opportunity to continuously broaden your knowledge and expertise. You’ll gain deep insights into a range of industries, which will enhance your professional development and keep the work diverse and engaging.
What You’ll Do
You build and update the financial data book (with guidance from Consultants and Senior Consultants)
Associates prepare several financial analyses to understand the financial performance and financial position of a wide variety of businesses in different sectors/industries
Associates prepare questions to be addressed to management to better understand the business
You prepare draft report sections for due diligence projects, with support from Consultants and Senior Consultants.
As an Associate you take ownership of your own work by performing quality checks
You will develop an understanding of the value drivers of a company
You will develop an understanding of the impact of our work on our clients, the deal and the purchase price

In addition a buddy will help integrate you into the team and act as a first point of contact for questions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
You are a self-starter and can work effectively, both independently and as part of a team;
You are a dedicated and committed team player with a flexible attitude;
You are very eager to learn and develop yourself and have a natural curiosity to understand and analyse businesses;
Fluency in English and Dutch language is required.
Our Application Process

STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).
STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.
STEP 3: Attend a motivational and competency-based interview to explore your skills and motivations between 5th - 13th March 2026.
STEP 4: Attend a case study and final interview between 19th – 27th March 2026.
STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates at the beginning of April.
