About the Role  

The Acuity Managed Review Recruiter is an integral member of the FTI Consulting Managed Review team responsible for document review attorney recruitment and operational support for the Managed Review sector. Acuity Managed Review is FTI’s all-in one legal review offering that reduces the cost and complexity of electronic discovery by managing everything from processing to productions, including document review. Because this offering is largely centered around document reviews, the Recruiter role is essential and necessary for Acuity Managed Review to succeed on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with an excelled degree of organization.   

 

What You’ll Do 

Build contract reviewer pools in multiple states by working with the business to define staffing needs and identifying the most appropriate personnel to fulfill those needs 

Create new opportunities for finding skilled candidates through advertising and other means 

Interview and staff document review attorneys including initiating background checks, procuring onboarding documentation, and clearance of professional conflicts of interest 

Update and confirm accuracy of our applicant tracking database 

Provide project support for relevant aspects of the Managed Review business including on-boarding and off-boarding 

Contribute to a cohesive work environment with the Staffing, HR, and Operations teams 

Work with Review Managers nationwide to enhance recruitment workflows 

Provide analysis and maintain a steady pulse around key metrics for the business such as availability, utilization and identify issues and trends  

Manage capacity and demand management reporting capabilities  

Meet with teams frequently to ensure staffing needs, utilization potential, and shortages and surpluses are proactively identified

What You Will Need to Succeed 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1+ years of post-graduate experience recruiting and staffing professionals on projects 
  • Experience working in proprietary databases and/or applicant tracking systems 
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills 
  • Experience working in proprietary databases and/or applicant tracking systems 
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed  

 

Preferred Skills

  • JD 
  • Staffing professionals on eDiscovery projects 
  • Background and experience with legal document review 
  • Experience with QuickBase 
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Proven ability to effectively contribute in a dynamic, results-oriented work environment 
  • Able to adapt to changing business needs quickly
