About the Role
We support FTI Consulting’s daily activities at the most essential levels. The aim is to provide administrative assistance to the Sydney office and act as an administrative resource to the Executive Assistants.
What You’ll Do
The Administrative Assistant role is an integral part of the office. You will be supporting a growing office. We need someone with a can-do attitude, willing to go above and beyond when needed. Below are a few of the standard tasks:
• Provide administration support to all office staff as needed,
• Assisting with reception duties including reception phone calls, distributing messages accordingly and greeting visitors.
• Distribute and coordinate mail, deliveries and couriers
• Assist with the coordination and running of internal and external events
• Manage meeting room bookings, setup meeting rooms, setup IT and order catering as needed
• Conduct and manage filing, storage and archiving, manual, electronic and offsite
• Continually work on process improvement for general office procedures to achieve efficiency
• Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as needed such as document reproduction, accounts, office facilities including maintenance, events and presentation

Qualifications & Experience:
• 1 – 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role preferred
• Completed Year 12/ HSC
• A high level of proficiency with Microsoft office suite and general computer and internet skills
• A “can do” and enthusiastic attitude
• Attention to detail
• Professional manner
• Ability to multi-task
• Time management and organisational skills
