- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledge in SAS, STATA, SQL, R and/or Python not required, but a plus.
- Ability to make decisions in an effective and efficient manner while consulting economists, Director of Data Conversion, and/or Director of Research as needed based on project/time constraints.
- Facility, willingness, flexibility and resourcefulness to learn new technology, software applications and job functions as needed.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a demanding, high expectation environment while maintaining accuracy and control.
