What You’ll Do
Execute Underwriting technical audits for a variety of FTI clients involving varied level of detail and complexity
Participate in complex litigation engagements
Representative Underwriting audits may include, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Excess, Auto and/or Professional Liability
Review and analyze Underwriting Guidelines and ensure compliance by MGUs
Assist with project management on each engagement
Interact with client personnel along with external attorneys
Support the execution of underwriting consulting audits
Assist with litigation support projects
What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience either as an underwriter or previous consulting experience as a technical underwriting auditor
Strong knowledge of property and casualty underwriting
Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
Strong decision making skills
Detailed oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel to FTI office(s) and client site(s) as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
