Associate, Events Coordinator | Health Solutions
About the Role
Our Health Solutions practice has an immediate opening for an Associate, Events Coordinator. The Events Coordinator will assist in the tactical execution of an integrated marketing plan and will support managing our event, sponsorship, and roundtable opportunities.

The Events Coordinator will work directly with the Marketing team and closely with Sales and Business Development to deliver an integrated marketing approach, build brand awareness for Health Solutions and drive revenue.
What You'll Do
The Marketing Associate role will include but is not limited to:
- Support execution of events, sponsorships and roundtables (both virtual and in person) from contract execution to project planning and post-event follow-up
- Develop tactics, process and strategies to improve our events program and track ROI
- Use social media and email marketing tools to promote events, conferences, sponsorships
- Meet with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the event's purpose and goals, determining budget and managing deadlines
- Manage consistency in branding by ensuring events, marketing materials and assets are aligned with brand guidelines
- Coordinate efforts to research and analyze target contacts and companies in relation to events, sponsorships and roundtables
- Track and analyze sales and marketing KPIs and reporting; apply learnings for future sales and marketing opportunities
- Support high value pursuits including the development of PowerPoint and Word pitch and proposal materials
- Support the development and maintenance of key Health Solutions case studies
- Help to facilitate team building activities
How You'll Grow

- Actively participate in building Health Solution’s marketing function, implement process improvement strategies, and directly demonstrate impact
- Gain experience in a wide variety of marketing and campaign related activities from events to social media.
- Actively help position and build FTI Consulting’s brand in the Healthcare and Life Sciences marketplace to drive long term revenue growth.
- Focus on designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing core marketing and communication programs for both internal and external audiences
- Gain industry knowledge and work with subject matter experts in various areas including healthcare operations, life sciences, managed care, healthcare compliance and more
Basic Qualifications
- Strong orientation to detail
- Excellent project management, verbal, written communication, proofreading skills and ability to synthesize complex topics to be relatable and engaging
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving team seeking hyper-growth
- Passionate about learning from data and outcomes to deliver value
- Strong organization, prioritization and follow-up/follow-through
- Ability to comprehend internal and external marketing needs
- Enthusiastic learner and strategic thinker who enjoys finding a solution for any challenge
- Driven to proactively build and improve process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited four-year college or university

Desired Qualifications:
- Communications or marketing education
- Experience with project management
- Experience with web content management systems
- Event and/or Conference sponsorship planning and execution experience desired
- Experience with social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
- Experience managing with outside creative agencies and vendors
- Adobe Creative Suite, Video editing software
- Graphic design skills
- Looks at learning new software applications with intuitive mindset
