What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience with exposure to HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI Office(s) as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience across multiple HR functions including HR operations, benefits, compensation, talent development and recruiting
- Experience with CRM Software (e.g. ServiceNow), HCM Software (e.g. PeopleSoft), SAP, Learning Management System (e.g. SABA), Onboarding platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors Onboarding), Performance Management system (e.g. Career Navigator), or Leave Management system (e.g. TeamSeer)
- Experience troubleshooting across multiple platforms/systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
