About The Role

As a Marketing Operations Associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, you will collaborate with a cross-functional group of marketers, consultants, designers and vendors to support the execution, analysis, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with both an analytical and creative mindset, and experience with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and generative AI tool best practices.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, assisting with project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
  • Manage and maintain internal databases of notable work repositories
  • Assist in marketing technology implementation and adoption, including tools for email marketing, automation, analytics, and content management
  • Collaborate on the creation and formatting of compelling presentations, proposals, and internal communications using PowerPoint and other platforms
  • Assist with marketing campaign performance data reporting and analysis, generating insights to inform future strategy
  • Draft, edit, and update a range of marketing materials, including consultant biographies, case studies, intranet content, and award submissions, following the firm’s style guide and brand guidelines
  • Assist with occasional planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, coordinating logistics, materials, and post-event reporting
  • Work closely with social media and digital teams to align content distribution with campaign goals and brand guidelines
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and business development projects as assigned

 

How You’ll Grow

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to develop a strong foundation in B2B marketing operations while contributing to meaningful business development initiatives across various practice areas. This role provides ample opportunities for skill development (Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills, analytics and reporting, CRM solutions, event logistics, project management, copywriting and much more) through collaboration with subject matter experts and exposure to many cross-functional projects in the marketing operations, business communications and digital marketing space.

 

What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a professional services firm
  • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented and proactive communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Energetic, creative problem-solver and quick learner
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
