About The Role 

Our Strategy & Transformation team transforms challenges into opportunities and delivers tailored strategies that ensure long-term value. Our approach is driven by a deep understanding of the diverse industries we serve.

This role requires a keen analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. You will be expected to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with recognized experts in small teams that encourage and reward collaboration.  

What You’ll Do 

As a Business Analyst at FTI Consulting, you will be an integral part of the team. You will engage in activities that support our clients’ projects and contribute to our firm’s business development and intellectual capital development efforts.  

Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing findings into clear presentations and reports, and actively participating in client meetings and internal team meetings. You will manage client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism. You will also work closely with senior team members to support various aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, and implementation. 

Your responsibilities extend to structuring complex analyses, showcasing effective Excel skills, and ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs. You will manage your workload efficiently, meet deadlines, communicate progress efficiently and develop skills through ongoing feedback.
