What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 – 4 years in similar role working for a public affairs agency, law firm or Public Institution
- Bachelor’s degree required. Studies in the fields of political science, international relations, EU policy, law or related areas are a plus.
- Proven skills and/or interest in politics, public affairs, advocacy, issues, and reputation management
- Proactiveness in communication and problem-solving
- Professional demeanour and presence, including the ability to handle confidential information.
- Good organisation and presentation skills with a keenness for client and project management
- Ability to digest and summarise information to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player who can deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and intellectual curiosity
- Native Spanish. Excellent English with one or two additional European languages preferable
