About The Role
In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies in times of large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments, such as EBITDA improvement programs, mergers and integrations, due diligence and large-scale transformations with an experienced team of professionals.
We help C-level executives identify new business opportunities, redefine existing and new business models, revise go-to-market value propositions, designing an operational turn-around plan, and develop and implement new organizational models.
What You’ll Do
Developing recommendations based on high quality and insightful financial and operational reviews and modelling
Identifying how to improve operational performance and create (financial) upside
Identifying risks, potential downsides and mitigating actions
Building pragmatic and implementable strategies and business plans, underpinned by solid analyses
Driving client implementation including programme management across multiple initiatives
Creating client ready reports and presenting our work to clients
Developing and coaching more junior consultants
Supporting the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals and networking

Basic Qualifications:
Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
Project experience in high paced environments focused on impact and rapid results (e.g. rapid performance improvement, turnaround, business planning, due diligence, carve-out, integration).
Strong knowledge of finance (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders with different levels of seniority, including C-suite
Flexible to accommodate frequent travel
Experience in managing and coaching a team
Educated to Master degree level or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Significant experience in senior, project leading roles at a leading management consultancy, in private equity, or in corporate operating roles, particularly in commercial excellence, supply chain, or manufacturing
Experience in leading short, high intensity projects with tight deadlines as well as longer implementation programs with coaching, capability building and mindset change
Ability to combine business acumen and financial understanding with operational content knowledge
Highly organised and structured, with excellent problem solving skills
Ability to lead initiatives, and initiate and complete tasks efficiently with support of junior team member
Specific industry (e.g. consumer goods, retail, TMT, chemicals, pharma, transportation and logistics, ..) is an advantage
