What You'll Do
As part of our newly established CP&A practice, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging projects in the world. We provide unparalleled expertise to help our clients resolve disputes, improve construction project delivery, and develop processes that ensure improved schedules and project financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
· In addition to the above, take sole responsibility for the preparation and delivery of claim/expert reports;
· Present findings and obtain feedback from the client;
· Manage the input of others as necessary to complete the task; and
· Take responsibility for service delivery and fee proposals as well as budget control.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree or degree equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management;
- Secondary qualifications in Construction Law or Arbitration are a plus;
- Member of a professional body such as ICE or CIOB.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package; e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Python coding and Analytics skills
- Experience in planning software; e.g. Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise changing workloads;
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Professional, confident demeanour and appearance;
- Experience and willingness in business development activities;
- Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition and enthusiasm;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written);
- Capable of supporting positions with rational arguments;
- Team player with positive and energetic attitude.
