About The Role
The Director of Benefits is a hands-on, operationally engaged leader who works directly under the VP, Total Rewards and alongside cross-functional teams to actively review, design, and implement all benefits programs across FTI's EMEA markets. This role requires a collaborative leader who will roll up their sleeves to drive day-to-day operations while transforming the benefits function into a strategic business partner. You will be responsible for devising and executing strategies associated with the structure and management of Health & Welfare, Retirement, Wellness, Disability, Leave, and Compliance programs across the EMEA region. As a subject matter expert deeply involved in functional and regulatory operations, you will work directly with team members to build capabilities and drive meaningful change in how FTI's benefit programs are delivered and perceived across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Work with key stakeholders to lead the design, development, and execution of market competitive EMEA benefits programmes.
Manage all aspects of vendor and broker relationships, including renewals, contract negotiations, and performance against SLAs.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform and drive decisions and recommendations. Assess the use of metrics within the various functions of Benefits to determine what is required to monitor program impact and efficiency.
Responsible for market benchmarking to ensure benefits are competitive.
Partner with the local HR, office managers and/or external vendors to ensure robust processes and employee communications are in place.
Lead on harmonisation of benefits schemes across FTI’s EMEA offices in line with applicable collective bargaining agreements and industry best practice.
Interpret policies and resolve escalated employee situations, as appropriate.
Ensure the benefits administration, documentation and member communication comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Lead the transformation of the benefits function from a transactional service provider to a strategic benefits partner, actively driving change management initiatives and working directly with team members to build new capabilities and mindsets.
Engage collaboratively across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into benefits strategies, demonstrating willingness to be present, accessible, and involved in day-to-day challenges.
Mentor and develop team members through hands-on coaching and active participation in their work, building a high-performing team capable of strategic partnership.
How You’ll Grow
We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. We aim to promote continuous learning and individual skills development through on-the-job learning, self-guided professional development courses and certifications.
