What You Will Need to Succeed  

  • Strong writing and communications skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically while remaining operationally engaged. 

  • Proven experience managing, developing, and working directly alongside a team. 

  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 

  • Ability to take initiative and drive results through hands-on involvement. 

  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and directly engaging with teams at all levels. 

  • Strong prioritisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 

  • Demonstrable project management experience.

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Graduated to degree level or equivalent combination of experience and qualification. 

  • Significant years of progressive experience in benefits, in particular in-depth understanding of multiple EMEA markets. 

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a professional services environment.

  • Prior exposure to PeopleSoft, Darwin, or Workday systems.

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
