EMEA HR Managing Director | Human Resources | Core Operations

The job requires the successful individual to meet the following criteria: 

• Bachelor’s Degree and HR Professional qualification preferred.
• Experience in a senior HR role within professional services industry in an international environment
• HR experience in professional services industry desired
• Strong foundational talent management and HR experience in running and developing a People function, implementing processes, procedures, and systems to allow scalable growth across international regions.
• Track record of driving innovation and transformation of people function in a matrix organisation
• Well-developed executive communication and influencing skills; an ability to influence the overall leadership team, providing coaching and guidance as appropriate.
• Highly effective leadership, management and interpersonal skills and a cooperative manner with internal clients and colleagues
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including advanced business writing ability.
• Data driven, using insights to both inform decisions. Proficiency in use of standard company software applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent presentation skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to travel on a frequent basis
