Basic Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree with both graduation date and intent to seek full-time employment between December 2024 - May 2025
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA and 3.0 Major GPA
- Major in Finance, Accounting, or related degree
- Permanent US work authorization
- COVID Vaccine required*

Recruiting Process and Next Steps
This application encompasses the Women in Corporate Finance Summer Leadership Program. No applications will be processed prior to the deadline. As candidates complete their application and move through the interview process, they are considered for specific opportunities that best match their background, experiences, and preferences. See below for a sample process of a candidate who is selected to move through the first three interview steps at FTI Consulting:
- Apply to the FTI Consulting’s Women in Corporate Finance Summer Leadership Program by application deadline of February 12, 2023.
- After completing the application, complete a “Preference Form” which helps our Early Team understand your background, experiences, and location and consulting specialization preferences to best align your skillset; to be completed 48 hours after receiving the invitation.
- Invitation to complete a Pre-Recorded Video Interview (one-way video interview) to be completed 48 hours after receiving the invitation.
- Offers to participate in FTI Consulting’s Women in Corporate Finance Summer Leadership Program will be communicated by March 31st. If you do not receive an application update by March 31st, your application is still under consideration.
