Practice Summary
The Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment of FTI Consulting provides complete support in turnaround and restructuring, transaction advisory services and corporate recovery. The practice has a reputation for taking on challenging and complex assignments that require exceptional strategic and technical capabilities.
Our team has over 30 years of global experience working on some of the most high profile restructurings and insolvency cases. Our clients include nearly all of the major global financial institutions, private equity houses, city law firms and many corporates.
About the Program
The FTI Consulting Hong Kong Graduate Consultant Programme provides top business, finance, accounting, and economics graduates with the opportunity to kick start their careers in consulting.
Graduates should expect to meaningfully contribute to high-profile work across by, and among other things, conducting financial and accounting analysis; building financial models performing research;, assimilating and summarising key documents; corresponding with key external stakeholders; and developing the knowledge needed to excel to the next level of their careers. Not only will they have the opportunity to work closely with high-calibre experienced professionals and their respective practice leaders, but they will also have the chance to undertake further professional study with the HKICPA or CFA Institute.

Qualification
Who are we looking for?
High-calibre, dedicated and driven team player with excellent written and spoken language skills, a head for numbers with strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
Applications are open to university students in their final year of study or recent graduates, preferably in finance, accounting, banking, economic or business-related disciplines.
To be considered for the Programme, you will:
· have excellent academic records with an undergraduate or a postgraduate degree
· be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
· be able and willing to obtain a professional qualification, such as HKICPA or CFA
· have the right to work in Hong Kong
· be willing to travel on short notice across Asia, especially in the mainland China
· have an experience working at other global consulting firms or investment banks is a plus.

· The FTI Consulting Hong Kong Graduate Consultant Programme is open for applications in November 2025. Interested parties please submit your application on the FTI Consulting careers website.
· Successful applicants will be expected to start work in July/August 2026 or earlier by agreement.
