About The Role  
The Forensic & Litigation Consulting Segment is looking for a Sr. Manager, Human Resources as a temporary replacement from January through July to help support the segment’s operations globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of partnering closely with management and staff in support of HR related business needs in a dynamic, professional services environment.


What You’ll Do  
Performance Management/Employee Relations:
•    Provide counsel, assistance, and problem-resolution services to employees at all levels, guided by company policies, labor-law legislation, and state and federal agency requirements.
•    Guide managers and coaches through providing feedback, determining employee needs, implementing performance improvement plans, and navigating interpersonal conflicts and employee grievances.
•    Participate in employee touch-point initiatives that serve to create more HR/Employee interaction, improve retention, and build desired culture in FLC.


Employee Engagement Survey:
•    Coordinate survey for the Segment and summarize and present data; partner with practices to develop action plans gleaned from employee feedback.


Workday Transition/Change Management
•    Serve as SME as FTI transitions to Workday.


Mid-Year Prep and Admin: 
•    Organize Talent Review excel files for dissemination to practices to manage mid-year review meetings.
•    Participate in mid-year Talent Review meetings.
•    Collect and summarize outputs from meetings.
 

What You Will Need To Succeed   


Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    10+ years of progressive HR experience.
•    Ability to work as needed especially during peak times to meet deadlines.
•    Hybrid work model


Preferred Qualifications
•    Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
•    Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
•    Ability to work with confidential materials and maintain complete discretion
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
•    Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports
•    Work effectively as part of a team yet be able to work independently with minimal supervision
•    Understand, interpret, and apply general administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
•    Proficiency in use of standard company software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
•    Workday experience preferred
