About the Opportunity 

We are immediately seeking a talented Lead Recruiter to provide full life-cycle recruitment support to the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in North America. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is interested in the challenge of recruiting for different skill sets across multiple industries, from entry-level to the most senior levels within FTI. 

Primary Duties

• Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to meet their business needs 
• Assist hiring managers with the development of job descriptions and compensation ranges to ensure consistent hiring practices 
• Work with leadership and hiring managers to obtain approval for opening requisitions and extending offers 
• Creatively source using a multitude of resources to generate qualified candidates 
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews 
• Provide strategic recommendations to the hiring team on candidate profiles, interviewing techniques, the interview process, and resources to leverage 
• Extend, negotiate and process offers 
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Taleo) at all times 
• Consistently and accurately track metrics and provide reports to stakeholders on a regular basis 

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree  
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting 

Preferred Skills 

• Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing 
• Experienced hire recruiting within professional services, specifically Management Consulting 
• Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems 
• Knowledge of laws and regulations as applicable to the employment, recruitment and placement of new hires 
• Ability to provide accurate, consistent and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines 
• Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities 
• Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail 
• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
