Los Angeles 2024 Analyst - Early Decision
- Strong academic background with a bachelor's degree in an analytical field. Candidates will need at least a 3.5 GPA to be considered for the role.

Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills.

Interest in Economics, finance, statistical programming, and data analysis.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred skills

Significant coursework in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or other quantitative fields.

Introductory knowledge of Stata, SAS, or other statistical software.

Strong time management skills, including the ability to operate in a fast-paced office environment, completing multiple tasks on tight deadlines with close attention to detail.
Compass Lexecon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The base salary for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. This position is non-exempt, meaning it is eligible for overtime pay. Analysts are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is based on several factors, including but not limited to employee performance and the overall performance of the firm.
