About the Role

The Manager, Campaign Production & Operations will support the FTI Consulting Global Marketing Team in coordinating the production of digital experiences, media content, videos, and collateral across 9 global regions and 5 business segments. This role will focus on managing incoming requests, prioritizing projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of content that meets strategic business objectives. The manager will work closely with regional and segment marketing teams, as well as the Global Content & Editorial Team, to streamline processes, ensure visibility, and maintain alignment with FTI Consulting’s goals. This role will report to the Senior Director, Global Marketing Operations.

 

What You’ll Do

1.     Project Intake & Prioritization

    • Act as the primary point of contact for digital content and asset requests from global and regional marketing teams, as well as business segment marketing teams. 
    • Review, prioritize, and assign requests based on business needs, strategic importance, and available resources. 
    • Ensure that all relevant project details are captured during intake to allow for seamless execution. 

2.     Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Collaborate with the Global Digital Team including Campaign & Engagement (inclusive of Video Production, Creative Development & media), Web Channel, Platform Strategy, and Data Strategy teams to coordinate projects efficiently. 
    • Work with the Global Content & Editorial Team to ensure alignment on messaging, tone, and creative direction for content. 
    • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between the marketing team and global stakeholders. 
    • Work with external agencies to coordinate strategic planning and development of assets for projects. 

3.     Scheduling & Workflow Management

    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all projects are scheduled appropriately to meet deadlines. 
    • Coordinate approvals at each stage of the production process, ensuring that feedback is incorporated in a timely manner. 
    • Track project progress to ensure that any potential delays are identified early and resolved. 

4.     Global & Segment Communication

    • Provide regular updates to the Global Marketing Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to maintain visibility into ongoing projects and deliverables. 
    • Ensure that all digital assets and content align with the strategic priorities of each business segment and regional team. 
    • Act as a liaison between the production team and marketing leadership to communicate the value and impact of digital projects. 

5.     Quality Control & Process Improvement

    • Maintain high-quality standards across all digital assets and content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives. 
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the production workflow, recommending and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. 
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, project completion, and content effectiveness.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or digital production coordination, ideally within a global organization or creative agency. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with digital asset management systems and media platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of digital production processes, including video, creative development, web integration, and media distribution. 
  • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with senior leadership. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to proactively address issues and implement solutions to ensure timely project delivery. 
  • Decisiveness and excellent use of independent judgement.
