About The Opportunity:
The Real Estate Solutions practice of FTI Consulting Inc. has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will assist in the development of an integrated marketing plan and will direct/oversee the execution of all related marketing campaigns, programs and activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and about helping to grow a business. The Marketing Manager will work directly for the real estate business unit, working closely with the head of marketing for the Corporate Finance segment and supported by a Public Relations and Marketing Consultant to deliver an integrated marketing approach to drive revenue and build market awareness for the Real Estate Solutions practice.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist to develop digital/email marketing campaign and execute the marketing campaign and delivery of reporting on tactics and outcome of these efforts
• Conceive and execute production of webinar campaign tactics, including implementation, content development, follow-up, support and reporting
• Liaise with social media consultant and support the delivery of social media strategy, campaigns and content and reporting on performance
• Maintain real estate related portion of company website, including content updates, search engine optimization and reporting
• Liaise with marketing consultant to support industry conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities, implement plans, tracking and follow-up reporting
• Attend and support industry conferences and events as needed
• Write, edit and coordinate the production of print/online marketing materials such as brochures, service sheets, case studies, bios, mailers, etc.
• Coordinate the work of our third-party public relations consultant with real estate professionals
• Develop strategy for thought leadership and article creation and delivery, working in collaboration with professionals, PR consultant and segment marketing team
• Obtain legal and other corporate required approvals prior to publishing of articles, news releases, etc.
• Develop presentations, when needed (including generic templates)
• Develop and maintain qualifications materials and case study library
• Execute marketing programs and campaigns with excellence
• Assist with managing the marketing budget
Required Skills:
• 5-7 years of marketing management experience, preferably in Professional Services
• Understands marketing strategy, campaign development and deployment, project planning, scope and task performance and measurement to understand impact and ROI
• Strong knowledge of the business development process
• Experience with project planning and management
• Event planning and execution experience desired
• Experience managing with outside creative agencies and vendors
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel Product Suite
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong multitasking ability
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and deadline-driven and ability to work independently
• Excellent technical proofreading skills
Desired Skills:
• Experience with web content management systems
• Experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua)
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
• Experience with social media channels
• Ability to comprehend internal and external marketing needs, develop marketing strategy and apply appropriate tactics to achieve desired results
Basic Requirements:
• 5-7 years marketing experience (professional services – consulting or law firm a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related major
