About The Platform
We are increasingly the preferred expert adviser to infrastructure investors across EMEA after a period of record organic growth in our integrated corporate affairs platform. As a global expert firm, we work with half of the 100 largest private equity sponsors and 8 out of the 10 largest asset owners globally by AuM.
We partner with investors and asset owners of all types investing in UK and European infrastructure and real assets to help manage and mitigate risk throughout the deal, asset, portfolio, and fund lifecycle.
Our competitive edge is mobilising the firm’s technical sector expertise as part of a global management consultancy to partner with clients facing policy, regulatory, and public reputational challenges and opportunities – be it for a Board, shareholder, or a portfolio company management team. We have a developed range of deep sector experience advocating for clients investing in and operating regulated, social, transport, and digital infrastructure assets.
