Managing Director, Real Estate Advisory | Corporate Finance & Restructuring

Basic Qualifications 

• Current or previous experience in a similar position with a public accounting firm (partner, principal, senior manager); 

• Experience in the real estate funds/private equity and REIT areas; 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA preferred. 

• Technically strong in the taxation of REITs, Partnerships, and other flow-through entities 

• Strong marketing skills and a desire to grow the practice. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information; experience managing multiple client engagements and providing exceptional client service. 

• 8+ years of real estate industry tax experience with a well-regarded accounting firm

• 12+ years overall minimum experience required. 

•Travel required to clients and to FTI office(s)
