What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 10 years of work experience, ideally at a communications agency
· Travel required to clients/prospects and to FTI office(s)
Preferred Qualifications
· Demonstrated track record of business development and growth
· Expertise working with and a passion for retail and consumer goods companies
· Commercial mindset that thrives on pursuing and winning new business
· Interest in flexing beyond traditional corporate communications to work on and drive multidisciplinary accounts
· Experience leading teams, and serving as a coach/mentor for staff
· Superior writing, editing and researching skills
· Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented dynamic environment with regular change
· Proven project management skills and the ability to proactively support/counsel key client relationship
· Demonstrated development of a professional network
· Experience with media database tools and pitching media to secure client coverage
· Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
