Managing Director - Transaction Services - Tax Due Diligence
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of U.S. federal income tax experience, with at least 10 years in a mergers and acquisitions tax practice with a Big 4 or national accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company.
- Strong analytical, research, tax modeling, and MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to meet client needs
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation, JD and/or CPA certification preferred
- COVID Vaccine required*
- This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices
