About The Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent, Diversity and Inclusion team. This position will report to the Manager, Early Talent EMEA and work directly with the Early Talent team to support recruitment efforts across multiple business segments for our Paris and Brussels office along with others based on business needs. This position offers the opportunity for growth, exposure to multiple HR functions, and a great team environment!
What You’ll Do
Working with business professionals to develop strategies for recruiting, set calendar of events, timelines, and activities
Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting for the practices/segments aligned to Belgium and France
Partnering effectively with HR, Talent Management, Talent Development, and Segment Leaders to gain a detailed understanding of organisational goals and needs
Responsible for the execution of the full internship and graduate recruiting cycle from; advertising roles, direct-sourcing candidates, reviewing applicants, conducting candidate phone screens, and interviews through to offer management.
Establish and foster relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business and recruitment needs, and collaborate with them to provide recruitment guidance
Sourcing candidates directly through advertising, university partnerships and various online recruiting tools/job boards and build diverse talent pipelines
Maintaining close contact and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, universities, and the business. Tailoring the recruiting approach as needed to achieve results
Maintain our applicant tracking system (Taleo, Paradox and Workday) at all times
Help build our employer brand across universities by organising and attending campus events and strengthen relationships with careers services, professors/faculty and student organisations
Maintaining and building upon the knowledge of recruiting programs and methodologies by staying well-informed on best practices, competitive intelligence, emerging trends, and technological advancements
Work closely with colleagues with HR to oversee the onboarding process
Make necessary arrangements for all campus activities, maintain a calendar of events, arrange logistics, distribution of materials, advertisement, catering, and coordinate with internal teams for active representation
Drive forward projects that improve candidate experience, stakeholder management and employer brand.
Travel as needed to meet with internal and external stakeholders, events, meetings, and other relevant recruiting matters

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s & Master’s degree
2+ years of campus recruiting experience in a recruiter capacity
Fluency in French and English language

Preferred Qualifications:
Consulting or professional services experience preferred, in a highly matrixed organization
Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Taleo/Workday, a customer relationship management tool such as Paradox Handshake, Jobteaser & LinkedIn Recruiter
Knowledge of the local France schools and education system
Ability to demonstrate full ownership of the internship and graduate hiring cycle
Strong ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), enabling effective collaboration across a wide range of constituencies
Ability to deliver accurate and efficient service under constant deadline pressure
Proficient in organizing tasks and establishing priorities to ensure effective task management
Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
