About The Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will report to the Manager, Early Talent and work directly with the Early Talent team to help support recruitment efforts across multiple segments. This position offers the opportunity for growth, exposure to multiple HR functions, and a supportive team atmosphere!
What You’ll Do
Work with business professionals to develop recruitment strategy, set calendar of events, timelines, and activities
Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting for the practices/segments aligned to
Partner with HR, Talent Management, Talent Development, and Segment Leaders to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs
Leverage recruiting results to influence key internal stakeholders on how to drive strategies and execute on programs in the Early-ID space
Interpret data, run reports, and speak to key stakeholders as needed
Leverage virtual sourcing tools to develop campaigns, run virtual events, and direct source candidates as well as utilize applicant tracking system
Maintain close contact and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, universities, and business. Tailor the recruiting approach as needed to achieve results
Maintain and build upon the knowledge of recruitment programs and methodologies by staying well-informed on best practices, competitive intelligence, emerging trends, and technological advancements
Ability to lead established projects, forums, initiatives with the ability to be creative in developing new programs and ways to lead recruiting efforts

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in campus recruitment
Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
Ability to work hours necessary during busy times of the year
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience in consulting or professional services within a highly matrixed organization
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo and Workday, and customer relationship management tools like Yello, Handshake, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Demonstrated mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating collaboration across diverse constituencies
Capability to deliver precise and efficient service under continual deadline pressures
Proficient in task organization and priority setting for effective task management
Skilled in data gathering, consistent metric tracking, and report preparation
Adept at working autonomously with flexibility, particularly in showing initiative, managing multiple tasks, and applying sound judgment to resolve issues
