Position Summary

Our Regional Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Associate to provide the best support to the recruiting activities across Asia.

You will work closely with Head of TA, regional recruiters and HR team in a fast-paced environment and you will be the key person to manage recruiting activities for lateral hires and campus campaigns, build candidate’ relationships and provide a best candidate experience to prospective talents.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all recruiting operations across Asia with a focus on interview arrangements, job requisition creation, posting and approval request, contract preparation, P-file creation and system data management

  • Organize and coordinate Graduates & Internship campaigns in Asia, including universities career fairs, industry talks and seminars, graduate assessment days and networking events etc.

  • Participate in Workday projects and interview automations streamline process

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HRSC, compensation, benefits, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.

  • Produce relevant reports through recruitment system and other channels for meaningful insights

  • Manage marketing materials inventories (i.e. brochures, gifts, etc.) for recruitment events and other ad-hoc recruiting related duties as requested

     

    *Candidates with prior recruiting experience could be considered as an experienced recruiting associate

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in business, or other related discipline 

  • 2+ years of HR/recruitment experience in multinational firms, preferable in Consultancy, Professional Services or Financial services

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage but not a must

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment and manage own work to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization

  • Ability to handle multiple ranges of administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative

  • Experience with HR Systems such as Workday, Taleo, SAP is a strong plus

  • Ability to handle the highest level of confidential issues with the utmost sensitivity

  • Ability to spot areas of improvement and bring new ideas to the table

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential
