About The Role

The Senior Associate, HR Operations role is responsible for supporting the daily operational aspects of the programs, policies, and processes of FTI’s Core Operations groups, as well as global project support. This role will work closely with the Global HR Service Center (GHRSC) Leadership Team, as well as leaders in adjacent Core Operations teams, to successfully support systems, reporting, and project needs.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build cross-departmental relationships by partnering with Core Ops and business leaders on projects and deliverables.
  • Support complex, cross functional projects as a key team member, capable of managing critical project deliverables and workstreams. Assist in business process consulting and related change management.
  • Review, develop and communicate policies, processes, and system training.
  • Assist in the administration of multiple, complex HR systems.
  • Provide end user support, troubleshoot across multiple platforms/systems, and proactively seek system improvements.
  • Provide complex and high-level reporting suitable for top level leaders across a variety of functions to support business decisions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the HR Associate team.
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Articles related to processes, policies, systems guides and job aids.
  • Manage competing priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Assist in training of new GHRSC team members.
  • Respond to audit and legal requests while staying aware of legislative and regulatory changes that affect the firm.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance through reporting and auditing.

What You Will Need To Succeed 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in the HR field focused on projects, process improvement and change management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating advanced reporting materials using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability and willingness to travel to FTI office(s).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing Tier 2 system support for HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Taleo, and similar systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience in Professional Services or Corporate setting.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
  • Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines.
  • Skilled in organizing tasks and establishing priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate setting a plus.
