What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Information Technology.
- For Civil, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering graduates specializations in Computational Mechanics, Numerical Mechanics, Simulation at a development level, and Finite-Element-Methods at a development level are preferred.
- For Business Information Technology graduates specializations in Software development, Information processing are preferred.
- Preferred programming knowledge in Python, Matlab, Fortran, C++.
- Whilst a background in construction is not essential, an interest/understanding of construction methods and law is preferred.
- A passion for problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
- The ability to perform in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
