About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and motivated Senior Consultant, Digital & Insights to help conduct research and analysis and develop and produce insights presentations. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with in-house digital practitioners, primary researchers and data scientists to help derive and drive insights on behalf of our clients. We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence. The practice is newly-formed, so we are looking for people are particularly passionate about helping build out new and creative approaches to meet practice and client objectives.

Primary Duties

• Work with executives within to design and implement primary, secondary and analytics programs.

• Source additional data streams, subscriptions to mine insights.

• Develop and build visually compelling and insightful presentations.

• Work with presentation, design and visualization software programs.

• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, techniques and evolving technologies and software packages.

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, data visualization, data journalism

• Deep experience in researching public opinion, policy impacts, industries like health care, energy, financial services.

• Experience with subscriptions of traditional media, social media, primary or syndicated research.

• Experience with primary research, secondary research methodologies and approaches.

• Ability to conduct research, use data to draw conclusions, drive to insights and make recommendations.

• Outstanding communications skills, including ability to successfully present program recommendations and establish internal and external relationships as a trusted advisor.

• High-energy, strategic thinker and self-starter who likes to solve problems.
