About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and motivated Senior Consultant to join our transformative Digital & Insights team, leading strategic digital and social media client engagements across multiple sectors. Our Digital & Insights team deploys best-in-class multichannel strategies powered by creative content and built on a foundation of insights from data science and primary research.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic multi-channel programs spanning web, mobile and social media, and oversee execution of initiatives across insights, content planning, channel development, and measurement/optimization.
The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital/social trends and platforms relevant to a broad range diverse and niche industries, categories and audiences, while being able to map these platforms to critical business objectives. The candidate should have experience developing engagement programs - from strategy through execution - including social listening, web site development, content development/syndication, SEO, influencer and advocacy programs, community and platform development, reputation management, crisis preparedness and measurement/reporting. We are looking for an advanced communicator with excellent organizational and planning skills. The role requires a confident, professional and meticulous approach to form lasting impressions with clients. The ideal senior consultant is a team player with strong writing skills and a rapacious attention to detail, able to build and refine client messages and team strategies. Primary Duties
• Design and implement complex digital/social media engagement campaigns across several sector and practice groups, including energy, healthcare, financial, crisis, corporate, public affairs, change management and digital/creative teams
• Provide insight on emerging digital and social media trends and best practices and maintain understanding of trends impacting specific industries and sectors
• Develop strategies to identify and engage influencers and advocates online, whether those are industry influencers, consumers or other constituencies
• Understand client business goals and develop digital and social media solutions that shape the client’s reputation online
• Identify ways to measure success against the campaign goals and achievable outcomes; determine methods to collect and present data and analysis to clients as well as internal stakeholders
• Oversee multi-channel content production and distribution; Oversee community management to maximize engagement and advocacy
• Play a key role in new business pitch development initiatives
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience leading social and digital media activities, ideally within an integrated communications agency or consulting environment
• Outstanding communications skills, including ability to successfully present program recommendations and establish internal and external relationships as a trusted advisor
• Be active and passionate about digital culture and the evolving analytics space
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented dynamic environment with regular change
• Experience in digital influencer engagement programs, such as blogger relations, interest or platform-specific influencers, advocacy and activation programs
• Possess strong execution and management skills and deliver complex programs in a timely manner
• Knowledge of paid, earned, owned and shared media models
• A strategic understanding of social media platforms, technologies, uses, and best practices (e.g. blogs, forums, consumer review and knowledge sharing sites, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms)
• Ability to conduct research, use data to draw conclusions, drive to insights and make recommendations.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills (including Microsoft Office Suite)
• Familiarity with HTML traffic, email marketing and webpage SEO tagging best practices
• Familiarity with social and digital intelligence tools, including Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Google Analytics, and others
