About The Role
As a Consultant at FTI Consulting, you will work on technical and strategic solutions for our clients’ legal challenges. You will use your technical and soft skills to handle client requests, collaborate with our team, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will also learn industry best practices, and solve complex problems with innovative solutions, based in our Dublin office.
What You’ll Do
As a Consultant, you will:
- Support Relativity engagements, handling day-to-day tasks and working with junior and senior team members
- Learn how and why processes work, and create automation strategies or workflows where needed
- Manage your time and co-ordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines are met
- Use technology to solve one-off and repeatable problems, and think on your feet to do so
- Develop your soft skills and become involved in Business Development activities, such as pitching for new work and building relationships with clients
- Travel as required to ensure effective case management (minimal notice possible)

What You Will Need to Succeed
- To be a successful Consultant, you will need:
- A degree (or equivalent) in a technology, numerate or business-related subject
- Ability to solve complex problems with well thought out innovative solutions (essential)
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment (essential)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support the team’s goals above individual goals (essential)
- Good communication and client-facing skills (essential)
- To have a strong desire to learn about the industry and to work with industry-leading professionals.
