About The Role
The Middle East Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice is looking to recruit a Consultant / Senior Consultant into its growing Valuations team.
The role requires the candidate to be based out of United Arab Emirates offices (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) and cover the GCC market (including possible travel).
As part of the Valuation team, your role will be to work closely with our experienced Senior Directors to provide independent valuations to our prestigious clients. We provide valuation advice to support M&A transactions, restructurings, financial reporting, private equity and infrastructure portfolio valuations, purchase price allocations and intangible asset valuations.
Consultants / Senior Consultants have a diverse range of responsibilities including analysing corporate, industry and market information; undertaking robust valuation analysis using the Income, Market and Net Assets Approach; preparing reports, pitches, thought leadership pieces and supporting on new business generation. You will join a highly motivated valuation team, working collaboratively with other service lines within Corporate Finance and Restructuring department. Each person within the department is appreciated and rewarded for their contribution to a rapidly expanding practice.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Key Requirements:
- Strong academic background (minimum degree educated from a top-tier university)
- Professional qualification / candidate (e.g. CFA) preferred
- 3+ years proven experience in valuation or corporate finance
- Proactive and strong desire to learn and develop a career in professional services
Preferred experience / attributes:
- Good understanding of valuation / corporate finance theory
- Financial modelling, financial analysis and report writing experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of accounting
- Confident communicator
- Prior experience with corporate finance research tools and databases (e.g. S&P Capital IQ) is preferred
