How You’ll Grow
You will have the opportunity to work in some of the most challenging and fascinating public policy issues currently being tackled in Europe in FTI’s Healthcare and Lifesciences practice. You will have the opportunity to lead or take a leading role in a range of substantial client accounts and business development projects, expanding your strategic acumen and commercial drive and skillset. As a senior member of the team, you will be able to further develop your ability to develop, motivate and support the growth of team members. You will be part of a dynamic and multinational team of experts based in Brussels and you will be able to work closely with other FTI offices and segments – expanding your personal insight and contacts within our global network, covering the full suite of business and management consulting professionals.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
Strong academic background.
Strong sector knowledge and significant experience in a consultancy, in-house role, trade association, public institution, or advising clients on health policy and communications matters.
Proven expertise in public affairs, advocacy, and issues/reputation management within health and pharmaceutical policy.
Solid understanding of the EU policymaking process and hands-on experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in Brussels and national capitals to shape strategic objectives.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in one or two additional languages is an asset.
Strong interest in and affinity with EU’s healthcare, pharma, and biotech ecosystem.
