About the Role

We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.

As part of the Global Cybersecurity Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager for EMEA Cybersecurity is responsible for the overall implementation and management of all strategic and operational marketing and client-facing activities for FTI’s EMEA Cybersecurity practice. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating with their cybersecurity and marketing counterparts in the Americas and the Asia Pacific region to promote transparency across regions and practices and facilitate a global, unified marketing effort.

This role will be a hard-lined report to the Global Head of Cybersecurity Marketing with dotted lines to the Head of EMEA Cybersecurity and Managing Director for EMEA Marketing. 

What You'll Do

Primary responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a holistic marketing program for the EMEA Cybersecurity practice. 
• Lead go-to-market projects and deliver campaigns across the region using strategic-thinking and broad-marketing tools.
• Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generation of client development ideas. 
• Implement measurable strategies that aid in driving the practice’s revenue goals and increasing awareness at all levels.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Global Cybersecurity Marketing team as well as marketing colleagues throughout EMEA to ensure an integrated marketing program that is closely aligned to the global practice. 
• Research and assess event, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities to determine potential value and ROI.
• Secure sponsorships and speaking engagements through outreach and/or application processes.
• Maintain calendar of events and track due dates and deliverables.
• Plan and execute logistics for internal and external events.
• Prepare social media content and messaging for EMEA Cybersecurity social media channels, content hub, and newsletters, in addition to social media kits for FTI professionals.
• Assist in writing and reviewing various communications materials, including press releases, talking points, call for speaker/paper submissions, and award nominations.
• Research notable award listings, research studies, and the like for opportunities to conduct personal business development outreach.
• Monitor analytics and reporting to identify viable opportunities. 
• Assist in managing a database of marketing assets, collateral, and credentials.
• Liaise with our Salesforce and Corporate Research teams and segment professionals to build and maintain CRM database.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of marketing experience in professional services with experience in marketing to/for the legal industry
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required 


• Marketing sualification from Chartered Institute of Marketing is desirable
• Experience in Cybersecurity is plus
• Basic knowledge of graphic design is preferred, including Photoshop, PowerPoint 
• Knowledge of SharePoint, WordPress and email management platforms (Eloqua) and client relationship systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong communication skills, including listening, verbal and written 
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals at all levels of the organization 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Self-starter and strategic thinker who can work across all levels of an organisation, but with demonstrated practicality, commerciality and client focus
• Ability to establish and manage to a budget 
• Ability to travel as required (20%) 

 Other Criteria/Experience:
• Some European/Global travel will be required
• Fluent English speaker
• Other languages would be an asset for example French/Spanish/German
