About the Role

 

We are immediately seeking a Talent Acquisition Sr. Sourcer to provide strategic sourcing support across multiple segments/regions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Sr. Sourcer who is interested in the challenge of sourcing for different skill sets across multiple industries, from entry-level to the most senior levels within FTI Consulting.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Research, identify, and source top talent for FTI Consulting’s Executive hire requisitions

• Partner with Executive recruiting team to understand specific talent needs to build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through multiple channels

• Stay up to date with competitive intel, senior executive movement and activity in the market

• Stay up to date with trends and technology for candidate sourcing

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to develop research and sourcing strategies to meet business needs

• Drive the Talent Mapping process for senior executives across Segments and practices

• Creatively research and source using a multitude of resources to generate qualified candidates

• Build strategic candidate pipelines for current and future roles

• Maintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking system/CRM at all times

• Create a unique diversity sourcing strategy (diverse referral campaigns, diversity organization/associations networking, diversity job boards etc)

 

Basic Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition sourcing

• Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems

• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint

 

Preferred Skills

 

• Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing

• Prior research and sourcing experience within professional services, specifically Management Consulting

• Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems/CRM tools a plus

• Knowledge of laws and regulations as applicable to the employment, recruitment, and placement of new hires

• Ability to provide accurate, consistent, and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines

• Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities

• Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail

• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
