Senior Technical Support Engineer
- Optional hybrid environment – flexibility of onsite vs remote work
- Rotational weekend work required
- 4-year Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a 50-100 person consulting or law firm environment preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Active Directory and Windows 10 operating systems
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint) and Microsoft Cloud Services
- Strong remote support experience

- Detailed knowledge of current leading edge personal computers, printers, and networking and communications interfaces and relationships.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), planning, organization, and administrative skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful situations
- Ability to handle and balance multiple critical tasks at the same time
- Detailed knowledge of current leading edge PC workstation and server hardware and software including networking and communications interfaces and relationships.
- Ability to grasp fundamentals quickly and instruct others in their use. Competent to work on complex computer problems independently.
- Experience with leading mobile providers (Apple, Google)
- Ability to reliably meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Team player and adaptable to changing priorities
Additional Duties
- As developed and coordinated upon request
- Ability to work additional hours as required.
- Periodic physical labor, which may include moving equipment or furniture up to 50 lbs and flexibility to crawl underneath desks or tables to access network jacks and electric receptacles.
- Travel will be required for this position (US only)
