Our health and human service is rapidly growing, and we are seeking candidates located in NSW, QLD or WA at Consultant and Senior Consultant level with 2-5 years of professional experience in Experience Design. What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference.
This could include:
Lead or support the end-to-end HCD and service design engagements
Plan and facilitate co-design workshops, user research and stakeholder engagement
Synthetise research into insights, personas, journey maps, service blueprints and opportunities
Translate insights into actionable serviced or experience designs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including operations & transformations, engineers, cyber, data, and clinical experts to design and deliver digital solutions
Flex into UX, Prototyping, CX strategy, business analysis or product work as needed
Produce compelling design artefacts and presentations for a range of stakeholders
Work on client site to immerse yourself into the problem space and become a trusted team player

Qualifications & Experience
A deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies to drive better health outcomes is a must
2-5 years of relevant experience. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, or you may be looking for a change from a health industry role.
Training or certification in Service Design, HCD, Design Thinking or CX methodologies
A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience
Experience applying design thinking in a health, aged care or human services setting is highly desired
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team through discovery, design and delivery
Experience planning and facilitating user research and co-design workshops (in person and virtually)
Practical experience developing service blueprints, journey maps, personas, design concepts and prototypes
Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
Bonus
Exposure to agile product teams, CX strategy, UX research/design or Digital BA skills
An understanding of digital technologies, applications and industry best practices within health and human services
