About The Role
The AP Specialist is responsible for receiving invoices from all vendor´s, verifying that they comply with local regulations, registering suppliers and recording invoices in the local Helisa system.
What You’ll Do
- Review that all FTI supplier circular form are completed and that the documentation requested in the circular attached for its creation in the local system.
- Verify that invoices are received in compliance with the local standard for electronic invoicing.
- Download invoices received in supplier mailbox to PA folder
- Verify that all approvals are received, for invoices, legalizations and all expenses received.
- Causation of supplier invoices
- Causation of legalizations
- Respond to suppliers
- Printing of caused documents (from Helisa FC, DSE,CC,LV, ID, DSE Adjustment Notes, Asset Purchase)
- Upload acknowledgements of receipt of invoices in DIAN
- Issuance of withholding certificates to suppliers

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications:
- One year of relevant experience with DIAN invoicing and obtaining withholding taxed certifications within a professional services organization
- Local system experience (Helisa)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication skill to talk with vendors
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
