About the Role

The HR Solutions Supervisor will provide leadership and supervision to small staff in a fast paced, ever changing team environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of existing day to day core processes; as well as, lead/participate in projects for continuous improvements and systems development and enhancements. The Supervisor will coach and develop team members to ensure they possess the required skills and knowledge that will promote success and opportunity, identify staff needs and provide guidance and training, supervise the daily activities of the HR Associates within the Solutions Center team, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The person in this role will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior time management and organization skills, a strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, and an ability to be a team player.  

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Serve as both internal and external escalation for urgent and complex requests as well as for troubleshooting errors (drilling down to determine if issue/error resulted from breakdown with systems, process, or people)
  • Research and implement fixes to avoid similar instances from happening in future
  • Proactively solve client needs by thinking ahead to follow-up requests/needs
  • Ensure consistency of global business processes in collaboration with cross regional team members
  • Champion and model the continuous improvement mindset through curiosity and systematic analysis
  • Coach and develop a small team
  • Co-lead medium to large HR projects and drive related change management
  • Assist in training efforts for HR Associates
  • Responsible for auditing transactions and letters/contracts from HR Associate team, as needed
  • Responsible for approving Knowledge Articles for global processes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, analysis of data and leading change management efforts
  • Review, develop, and communicate HR policies and processes 
  • Provide support to ad hoc processes and projects 
  • Handle correction requests of HRIS records 
  • Stretch to cover transactions when volumes/workload require

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment with experience across multiple HR functions, examples including HR data updates, payroll, benefits, and compensation 
  • 1+ years of direct supervisory experience 
  • 1+ years of experience with Workday
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 
  • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University
  • Experience in recruiting
  • Experience with CRM Software (e.g. ServiceNow), HCM Software (e.g. PeopleSoft), SAP, Learning Management System (e.g. SABA), Onboarding platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors Onboarding), Performance Management system (e.g. Career Navigator), Leave Management system (e.g. TeamSeer) is a plus 
  • Experience troubleshooting across multiple platforms/systems – demonstrated technical ability 
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics a must 
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all-times 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
