About The Role

The Talent Development (TD) Sr. Associate is part of FTI’s Global Talent Development (GTD) organization within the global Human Resources practice. This position will report to FTI’s Talent Development Manager of Operations and be responsible for coordination and project management activities that go into executing our Talent Development courses, webinars, and global programs, in addition to supporting the Performance Management and Compliance processes at FTI.

 

What You’ll Do

Support operations and logistics for our all GTD programming to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including:

  • Support creation and delivery of marketing and communications for upcoming TD programs for various audiences, using the appropriate internal communication and media outlets

  • Set up courses, classes, and monitoring registrations in our Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Manage training calendars and inventory

  • Keep all stakeholders updated on program/course participation

  • Maintain all course materials, and documentation necessary to ensure NASBA compliance

  • Maintain Talent Development intranet pages

  • Regular reporting across all GTD programming and other FTI reporting requests

  • Support the development and roll-out of a comprehensive Compliance Engagement program, including:

    • Reporting on completion rates and other measures

    • Process Management, to include communications plan, delivery, and escalation points

  • Support the delivery and evaluation of in-person and virtual professional development programs (ie segment and capability support), and other blended learning professional development programs

  • Partner with Director, Talent Development Operations in support of all Performance Management initiatives

  • Troubleshoot issues through to resolution, respond to emails/support tickets

  • Provide recommendations on process improvement areas, and help create and maintain documented processes and procedures to ensure standardization

  • Work with other teams and functions on various TD related projects as necessary

  • Maintain knowledge of TD technologies and event planning by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies. Introduce applicable trends in talent and development for inclusion in overall strategy

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services, or related field

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in event coordination for offsite and onsite learning and development programs

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Saba, Workday a plus)

  • Familiarity with creating evaluations and assessing impact (knowledge of Qualtrics is a plus)

  • Experience in coordinating training programs, such as managing registration, program, and event management. Ideal if proficient in Cvent tool

  • Project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and create project plans for large events

  • Performance Management acumen: understanding of performance processes and requirements

  • Proven experience in execution of in-person and virtual training for junior roles

  • Strong business acumen and consultative skills; ability to influence others at all levels

  • Experience in using Teams, Zoom and hosting webinars; Proficient in SharePoint
