About The Role

 

We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Associate to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.  

 

The Senior Recruitment Associate is responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview and assessment scheduling, reporting, producing MI and team administration. The role will be part of EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and will support Experienced Hires across the region.

 

Your core responsibilities includes interview scheduling, offer production and producing MI for the team, you will also take ownership of the candidate onboarding process and support with ad-hoc projects.

 

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple FTI business segments, as well as gaining exposure to our broader HR functions, including resourcing and operations.

 

This is a varied role and would suit someone who is looking to develop their project management and research skills in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Assisting with interview scheduling; to include booking, coordinating both candidates and hiring managers’ diaries, room bookings
  • Assisting with the management of the Recruitment Inbox and responding to applications and queries as appropriate
  • Assisting in facilitation of assessments
  • Drafting of employment offers and contracts
  • Assisting the Recruitment Team with maintaining recruitment trackers both in Excel and Taleo
  • Responsible for data integrity and adherence to audit in Taleo
  • Assisting with ad-hoc reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Recruitment service and processes to the business
  • Processing of invoices and expenses
  • Supporting the Recruitment team with reviewing and/or screening CVs wherever possible
  • Ownership and management of the Post Recruitment Interview process with new starters, including highlighting immediate concerns with the Recruitment team and HR and producing quarterly reports identifying trends, areas for improvement and suggestions for these
  • Ad hoc recruitment projects

What You Will Need to Succeed

 

  • Pragmatic with a ‘can do’ attitude with an energetic and forward thinking
  • Exemplary attention to detail and highly organised to keep all recruitment records and systems updated
  • Ability to build strong rapport/relationships at all levels across the business
  • Ability to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
  • Methodical approach to work and strong prioritisation skills
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven background in working in office administration
  • Experience in professional services would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages  
  • Knowledge of Taleo or other Applicant Tracking System would be an advantage

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Proven background in recruitment coordination and administration
  • Professional services industry experience desirable
  • Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages  

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

·       Knowledge of Taleo, Yello or other ATS/CMS systems would be an advantage
